Stitched framelits Merry Christmas banner...

Merry Christmas!!! Only 36 sleeps to go!!! I hope you have started your Christmas shopping:)
I made this banner using the 8cm and 5cm stitched framelits die and stayed with the red theme of Karen Burniston's November challenge.
I added some embellishments using the holly from the Sizzix decorative strips Christmas bells die and some lovely little berry shaped jewels.

The snowflakes embellishment are from the Sizzix reindeer framelits set. I used a die from Karen Burniston's stitched framelits circle and labels set to create the cream glittering 'bauble' and just snipped one of the label sections off each one.
The alphabet die for this banner was the Sizzix bee's knees set which I layered with 3 different colours to make the lettering stand out more when hung on the wall.
I also a larger banner using the 11cm and the 8cm stitched framelits dies.

The alphabet for this banner was from the Sizzix serif essentials die set which I doubled up to create a shadow effect.
I enjoyed making these so much that I'm going to make a smaller one with just the 5cm die to replace my 'designated be nice to mum zone' banner I have in my craft area. Hmmm I think I'll go do that now:))

Gorjuss girl stitched framelits card...

Now I've stopped faffing about (spending time doing useless tasks instead of doing what I'm supposed to be doing) I can tell you it's Karen Burniston's challenge time again. This months challenge was to create something red with stitched framelits. I used my gorjuss girl on a swing to create this flying easel card and used Karens card technique she posted on you tube.

Christmas jumpers... Oh deer...

Oh my, only 38 days to Christmas! I really should be out Christmas shopping but stay inside in the warm is soooo much more appealing. Hay ho crafting it is then:)
Friday December the 13th has been dubbed National Christmas jumper day by the save the children charity. My daughters school will be holding a special Christmas non uniform day in aid of it. So I just had to make a card using these cute jumper clad reindeers.
I used Karen Burniston pop n cut label card and added some glittery snow at the bottom.
